1. what verosum does
verosum is an AI-driven audit service for indian credit-card users. we read your statement emails (gmail oauth, read-only), score every transaction against the issuer rule in force on that date, and produce a report showing where your cards quietly leaked money.
2. eligibility
you must be 18+ and resident in india. you must own the credit cards whose statements you connect. you must not use verosum to audit third-party accounts.
3. the trust contract — binding
the six promises listed at /trust are part of this agreement. they are not aspirational. specifically:
- 3.1 free first audit, forever. the audit functionality available at launch will remain free for every account, indefinitely.
- 3.2 grandfathered pricing. if you join the waitlist before our v1 launch and convert to a paid tier, your subscription rate is fixed at the rate published on your conversion date — for the life of your account.
- 3.3 affiliate disclosure. when we recommend a credit card, we will disclose whether we earn a commission — at the recommendation, not in a footer.
- 3.4 sourced rules. every reward rule used in your audit will be linked to a public source document.
- 3.5 named-human support. at least one human will respond to support emails within 48 hours.
- 3.6 cancel = upgrade. cancellation will be available with the same number of clicks as upgrading.
4. your responsibilities
you agree to:
- provide an accurate email address
- not attempt to access other accounts, reverse-engineer the engine, or scrape our card inventory
- not republish our audit reports without attribution
5. cancellation & refunds
you can cancel any time. on cancellation, your data is deleted in 30 days (see /privacy). for any paid tier (when launched), partial-month refunds are pro-rated.
6. limits of liability
verosum provides recommendations, not financial advice. we do not move money or apply for credit cards on your behalf. you remain responsible for your financial decisions.
our maximum liability in any dispute is capped at the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months (currently ₹0).
7. governing law
this agreement is governed by indian law. disputes resolved in bangalore courts.
8. changes
material changes to these terms are emailed to every active user with 30 days' notice. you can cancel during the notice period without penalty.
